Week 1


So I went back to Jenny Craig today for my first weigh in since I started their program with my mom last week. I was shocked to see that I had lost 11 pounds in my first week. The lady said that the first two weeks is where you can see some big numbers but that after that I should settle into losing 1 to 2 pounds per week. In any case I am on my way to getting back to a healthy weight and good size! Keep praying for the fruit of the Spirit (self control especially) to take hold in my life. There are many motivating factors for me to lose this weight and return to my college weight. I want to be healthy. I want to look good for my wife. I want to have more energy. Have a great day!
